Framework Guides

Overview

CornerCue can automatically forward every feedback submission to the communication tools your team already uses. Connect once in your dashboard and every new bug report, feature request, or general feedback gets delivered instantly.

Supported integrations:

  • Slack - route by feedback tag to different channels
  • Discord - deliver to channels across your server
  • Telegram - instant alerts via the CornerCue bot

All integrations are managed from Settings > Integrations in your CornerCue dashboard.

Slack

Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard.
  2. Click Connect on the Slack card.
  3. Authorize CornerCue in the Slack OAuth prompt.
  4. Select which channels receive which feedback types (bug, feature, feedback).

Channel routing

You can route different feedback types to different Slack channels. For example:

  • #bugs receives bug reports
  • #product receives feature requests
  • #general-feedback receives everything else

Disconnect

Go to the Slack integration page in your dashboard and click Disconnect. This revokes the OAuth token and stops all notifications.

Discord

Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard.
  2. Click Connect on the Discord card.
  3. Authorize the CornerCue bot and select your server.
  4. Configure channel routing for each feedback type.

Channel routing

Same as Slack - map feedback types to specific Discord channels in your server.

Disconnect

Go to the Discord integration page and click Disconnect.

Telegram

Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard.
  2. Click Connect on the Telegram card.
  3. Follow the link to start a chat with the CornerCue bot.
  4. The bot confirms the connection automatically.

All feedback notifications are sent to the connected Telegram chat.

Disconnect

Go to the Telegram integration page and click Disconnect.

What gets sent

Every notification includes:

  • Feedback type (bug, feature, or feedback)
  • User message
  • Screenshot thumbnail (when available)
  • Page URL where the feedback was submitted
  • Browser, OS, and country
  • Any custom user info or metadata you passed via the widget

Troubleshooting

Not receiving notifications?

  • Confirm the integration shows “Connected” in your dashboard.
  • Check that at least one channel is configured (Slack/Discord).
  • Make sure the bot has not been removed from your Slack workspace, Discord server, or Telegram chat.
